2020 Ride Postponed.

I was hoping this was a message I would not have to post. Do to these unprecedented times unfortunately the committee has taken the very difficult decision to cancel this year’s main ride, also we have had to take an equally difficult decision to postpone the ball which was penciled in for October. We have not taken these decisions lightly but I am sure you will all understand. Please, please do not think this is in anyway the end of the OF,s, I hope we all still keep pulling together and let’s all make sure this fantastic concept reaches even greater heights than we have already achieved. Following four years of successful fundraising rides to Tenby, Torquay, Oxford and Exeter the Old Farts 2020 Ride will start AND finish in Cardiff.

The ‘Ride for All’ challenge will be over 25, 50, 75 or 100 miles touring the Castles of South Wales. Each of the Rides will Start and Finish at the same point… in Cardiff!! The routes of each ride will be announced during the next few months. 

Whether you are a relative beginner, haven’t cycled for a few years or wish to challenge yourself to the ulitmate Sialens Deg Castell – 2020 will be your year to raise funds Cycling with the Old Farts! 2020 will be your year to help people in need in South Wales.

 The 2020 Ride Routes and Details will be finalised in the New Year. For now – just ‘Save the Date’.
